HIGH - reduce top padding on menu container

There is some top padding applied to the menu container that we need to reduce to 0.5em when align menu right option is activated.

This is because the issue isn't really in the top padding of the menu container, but the bottom margin of the logo/site title.

We need to remove the bottom margin of site title/logo, and add bottom padding to the whole header.
