Customizer options not previewing properly.

All the options in the customizer for the theme and for the WooThemes Storefront extensions (e.g. the cart link option with WooCommerce Customizer) work smoothly with the preview. So they immediately update in the preview when the user changes the option.

The option for align menu right does not do this smoothly. It also makes the cart link option not work smoothly.

Please can you make these options work smoothly just like the WooThemes options.

We can't show it to WooThemes until it works EXACTLY like the WooThemes option, so please don't rush it... : )

Ok I made it work smoothly! Preview will show their changes like other options. I tested on demo and committed to GitHub.

This works smoothly for turnig on the option, but not for turning off... can you make it work smoothly so that it works both ways (on and off)
