sync lock for certain networks

i found that certain networks did not seem to be collecting on 0.8.4. this is after removing the postgres-data folder and rebuliding the image between each run. i then removed the networks that were collecting and found the following error:

[34] ERROR:  relation "public.kysely_migration" does not exist at character 15
[34] STATEMENT:  SELECT * FROM public.kysely_migration LIMIT 1

Are you still getting this error when using v0.8.5?
