Hi @shiranoren ,

You use the zenodo DOI to cite pydeface and the version you have used: https://zenodo.org/record/3524401
See the right side towards bottom cite as section :)

This is also linked at the top of pydeface github readme:

Could be good to update the README to be more explicit. Adding the APA style would be helpful.
