I'm new to fmriprep and FSL but I managed to preprocessed my data with fmriprep.
Now I'm trying to adapt these scripts for group analysis with resting-state data but I'm a bit lost on where to start.
Should I change the configuration of the output folders in fmriprep?
What script should I run first?
I tried to download the example data and I read the paper but I think I need extra help.
Thank you very much for your help.
Kind regards,
Sónia

Well, you want to analyze resting-state data and this repo is for task-based data so it might not fit the bill.
What kind of statistical model do you want to apply? If you want to do resting-state connectivity based on correlations then I guess this project will not help you much.
