add option to change kicbase image with minikube

while adding an option to upstream minikube may take time kubernetes/minikube#17415

we could add an entry to select an alternate kicbase image or a checkbox to say that we want to use the 'share images' option

Checking this box will default container runtime to cri-o and use a custom kicbase image and as well mount the right folder

Of course it requires a rootful machine
