Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe

The Podman Desktop Kubernetes dashboard is being designed here: podman-desktop/podman-desktop#9263. This is also a pattern for how other dashboards should be structured.

Describe the solution you'd like

Update the design of the bootc dashboard taking cues from the new design, refactoring the existing page and adding information based on Fedora docs (https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/bootc/).

Describe alternatives you've considered
