[Bug] Podman E2E with Podman installation Errors on Windows 10 due to notification Icon #159

This scneario on Windows 10 is mostly failing and then the rest of the tests in place due to the notifications

It is possible to disable notification with ps, some sample for it https://stackoverflow.com/questions/72232820/powershell-script-to-disable-all-windows-10-notifications
