Enable the fediverse:creator tag

Mastodon has introduced the fediverse:creator meta tag. This allows the publisher of a website to highlight the individual author of articles/episodes/whatever in the Fediverse.

It is a simple meta tag that has to be added to – ideally – an article on a website:
<meta name="fediverse:creator" content="@[email protected]" />

I would like the Podlove Podcast Publisher to enable this at the podcast or episode level for the primary contributor / host (and maybe down the road for all contributors).
This could be implemented at Podlove -> Contributors.

Plugins for this already exist (e.g. https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/simple-fediverse-creator/ ) and it is not core functionality of Podlove as it does not relate to podcasts per se.
