Re-Arranging Contributors forces reloading the wordpress page #1424

I tried to rearrange the list of contributors but after clicking on one of the arrows it seems that Wordpress tried to reload the page. I canceled this because I was unsure if everything else got saved and got confused if this is an exception from "automatic saving".
