Document in WebDAV.txt how to override the Dexterity WebDAV behaviors

The file says:

A type which wishes to override this behaviour can provide its own adapter.
For example, an image type could return the raw image data.

As policy product authors, it would be good to have at least a sample, if not some pointers too, of how to override the default HTTP GET / HTTP PUT RFC822-encoding behaviors, while keeping the use of plone.NamedFile and plone.NamedImage to take advantage of the Dexterity content space. This way, standard file managers can be used again in Dexterity content space.
