Search/filter by playlist contents

I see that I can search playlists by keywords, and it will then rank by the most occurring tracks.
I suspect this would be very intensive, but one way to attack it is to ask, is there a way Spotify can give us which playlists exist filtering by what songs are included in that playlist?
Or the other, can we use a song ID to obtain which playlists on Spotify contain that song?
To add to that, multiple songs?

That way, we could enable creating a playlist or a "style" based on multiple songs, and see how others have added on top of that playlist/style.
