Optimise ingress-nginx performance

I'll assign this non-urgent enhancement to Rolando once he accepts the place-labs GitHub org invite, as a good way to learn about the PlaceOS kubernetes infrastructure and practice deploying it in order to test new nginx performance enhancements. The nature of the task also requires the Dev to deploy frontend apps to test, which is very educational to those new to PlaceOS.

We'll get @viv-4 to provide any technical advice required and Review the pull requests that Rolando will create. The new branch can be called perf/nginx
