Require email field to be filled when clicking "Forgot my password" #1033

As an user when I forget my password I need Pixelated to know which email account I don't have the password so I can recover access to it.
Acceptance Criteria
When I click the "forgot password" and the "your email" field is empty, it notifies me to put my email there.
Other criteria:
Responsive
Mobile first
Accessible (semantic HTML, keyboard accessible, voice over and color contrast
