https://remix.ethereum.org now uses the new plugin api version. Code that checked for the old plugin version should be removed. Changes in #92 should be reverted.

Done partially in 629f389#diff-a755fd7243a8b98f55d0c97bb1f0cca7

Need to also remove remixInterfaceWarning code.
