Overwriting the default formatting as described here https://pimcore.com/docs/6.x/Development_Documentation/Multi_Language_i18n/Formatting_Service.html is not possible.

It always fallback to the default country list and doesn't use the overwrited definition.

Also the locale seems to be wrong in prod enviroment in the IntlFormatter service.

Thanks a lot for reporting the issue. The issue was not considered by us as "Priority" or "Backlog", so we're not gonna work on that anytime soon.
