[Feature][Ecommerce]: Extend pricing-rules: roles/permissions & folders

Feature description

Suggestion to extend the pricing-rules tab in Pimcore:

• add a "group" to pricing-rule entity
• support for folders in the pricing-rules tab within Pimcore
• support assigning pricing-rules (or groups) to roles/permissions to Pimcore users/roles
