This has happened twice in the last two days for me and I can't figure out why, or how to fix it :(

I press my PTT key, VectorAudio shows the TX light up, I say something, but pilots get nothing. It's not my mic being muted: on the pilot end the RX light doesn't even come on.

When I swap to AFV everything works fine.

This seems to be intermittent. I was just working KSEA and it was fine, but then I disconnected in CRC and reconnected to open KPDX and VectorAudio wasn't transmitting anymore.

Restarting VectorAudio doesn't fix it either.

To me, the root cause seems to be my microphone disconnects in the middle of a session, then itself reconnects instantly. This will trigger a "Device Change Notification" on Adobe AU. And since then, VectorAudio stops transmitting my voice. If I hit "Disconnect", an error message would pop out, then the program just crashed, so I had to restart it.

Hopefully that information helps. If not I can build a debug version and try to do some research on it. <-- not doing QT for 4 years, might need to re-setup dev env.

Updated: Oh It's not QT.
