[Feature Request] Include all tx in the 'Last RX'

In AVF, we can see all the stations that are calling.
This is nice to be able to call the station that was stepped on.

Unfortunately this is not directly possible with the current implementation but might be added later on.

If you happen to have a Stream Deck you can use the companion Stream Deck actions to display up to four last rx callsigns on an action.

This might be fixed in the new PR. I've added some improvements to how we report last RX inside afv-native, which from testing has seen an improvement on reporting multiple stations as last RX at one time (similar to how AFV for windows does it) where last RX will now show Last RX: BAW123, BAW124 if two people are talking at the same time.
