As a DevOps Engineer
I want to configure a Github Action that runs the tests
So that everybody knows, during a PR, if there's a code regression

Acceptance Criteria:

  • A github action runs at each PR and runs the engine tests
  • A coverage report is computed and displayed within the PR historic
  • A test report is also displayed
  • Check with @revfyawo-picsell to configure Codecov and configure Slack bot

Definition of Done:

  • All acceptance criteria are met.
  • Code is reviewed and approved.
