slow speed

The speed is slow on my card reader
This card is 90MB/s Read / 70 MB/s Write on Windows
On mac (10.13) with this kext i only get for about 10MB/s on both read and write

Well, I honestly think we can't expect this to be perfect. It's the first of endless tries that just works, before this any other failed while attempting.
