Hi, you exceptional work has inspired me to attempt to run the provided scripts. However, I have encountered a challenge in that I am unable to find the "OligoMMR2" R package, which is referenced within your scripts in this repo.

I would like to inquire whether it is permissible for us to utlize this package. If so, could you please provide guideance on how to obtain it or suggest an alternative if it is no longer avaliable or not meant for public use?
