I no longer have it. I no longer use Thunderbird, either, nor do I have the installation in which the problem occurred.
The attached email is similar, with different URLs. I do not know whether the same problem would have occurred with the links in this message. These are standard emails sent out by Sectigo; I do not know to what extent its text has changed in the meantime.
I'm using this addon (up to date, version 2.0.2) in Thunderbird, and it fails to unmangle the following URL:
