If Sourcetrail is started via the Explorer/GUI (i.e. not from a console) then it tries to hide the console which Windows will create.
This stopped working with Windows 11. See this issue "ShowWindow(GetConsoleWindow(), SW_HIDE); does not work with Terminal in Windows 11"

Further information: Windows Terminal is now the Default in Windows 11

Workaround: In Settings > System > For developers: Change the 'Terminal' setting from 'Let Windows decide' to 'Windows console host'
