Gitlab creates a detached pipeline for the "stage: external" jobs that are created by Percy

As you can see in this screenshot, the jobs that are automatically created by Percy under the stage: external are detached from the main pipeline. Do you have any idea on how to fix this?

I'll share the relevant parts of my CI config file as well:

This usually happens when your GitLab integration on percy is not correctly setup. you may try using merge request or other pipeline type (check the pipeline type link to select the correct button here)

There's a problem for our use case though. I can't set this setting on a per project basis. (or can I?)

In our company, we have multiple teams using Percy, each with their own CI/CD setup. Is there any way to resolve this?

Currently the only way possible is to add multiple gitlab integration (for the same gitlab account) and link them separately for each project. Each gitlab integration can have its own setting.
