similar to #1413 and relevant comments made in #1943 (comment), we need clearer error messages for IBC-related inbound and outbound transfers, as the current messaging lacks helpful context.

multiple errors for a failed IBC transaction

some other relevant IBC issues:

  • refreshing multiple times may delay displaying the asset balances on the deposit / withdraw pages
  • Initiating multiple deposit / withdraw transactions in sequence should be disallowed
