Manuals not displaying Edit button #16

Reported bug:

I am training some teams on the manual, and the two new manuals won't display the Edit button when switched into Edit mode, except on certain tiddlers such as the [[+ Getting Started]] one...

My CASUS manual and others seem to work OK, so not sure if it is a NEW manual problem...

We are using a combination of IE and Chrome and Firefox so the problem does not seem to be browser-specific.
