I think PeerMind should be able to replace Slack for many (open) communities. So many each group should have its own chat? And then you could spawn dedicated discussions (on topic) from that chat? And also commenting itself on a discussion could be more like a chat (#193).
We should also have a list of all members participating in a discussion in general, and the given moment.
