Is there a way to include RWM option during the test?

That depends :) Are you thinking of many workers hitting the same RWM PVC, or each PVC simply coming from a storageclass that provides RWM?

Same directory or different directories on the same PVC? either way, that will need some thought since it changes the deployment pattern.

Actually from the test perspective there is no difference. Ususally we use --dir instead --file
