estimate sSNV burden using sensitivity

Hi Joe,

I am trying to use SCAN2 for sSNV calling, which is wonderful that SCAN2 achieves a high sensitivity. My question is that where can I find the sensitivity information from the scan2 result? In the manual, the file path to the final filtered sSNV set is pointed out but not for other information.
