Error After Install windows 10

Before filing a new issue, please provide the following information.

I'm running:

• Parity client version: 0.3.4
• Parity UI version: 0.3.4
• Operating system: Windows
• Installed via:from source
• Fully synchronized: no
• Network: ethereum ...
• I tried to restart both Parity UI and Parity Ethereum client: yes

Installed Parity Client 0.3.4 in windows 10(x64), and application fails to open. I restart and receive same error code within 10 seconds. please help. Below is error message
