Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
At the moment we show plain json in the API endpoints

Describe the solution you'd like
A better solution is to serve the API via Swagger UI. Flask support is available.

Describe alternatives you've considered
In case we decide to move to another framework (e.g. FastAPI see #102 ) then this should not be implemented
