Fastp html format to .tsv QC stats

Convert .html fastp format into .tsv QC stats

Use the script in the location of .html files created by fastp tool

The script will take all .html files from fastp output and select main column data and make it as a .tsv output

  • The script is simple to use, written in bash

Usage

bash html2tsv-QC-stats.sh
