Plugin fails to load (libcrypto) #9

Loading

I don't know how to explain this as simple as giving my log and Server Information(VPS)...

MY LOG:

[10:49:55]  Loading plugin: socket.so
[10:49:55]   Failed (libcrypto.so.0.9.8: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)

My Server Info

OS: 'Debian 8 x64'
SAMP Version: 0.3.7

and that's it now please help.... 😕 ❓ ❔

Push. Same problem with windows plugin, but only on my local computer. It acutally worked for a time.
