Unicode rendering of names

The panels for attribute descriptions do not properly render unicode. For example, the name Côte looks like Gibberish. I do not think it is an encoding issue on the client side.

I can confirm this issue from observation. The PHP data structures and file output do not exhibit this issue, which would seem to suggest it is related to the visualiser javascript.
