Integrate an ad blocker in the built-in browser

Since this is an electron app with a builtin webbrowser, and malvertising is a major problem nowadays, and there's a good chance people do not update this app as frequently as their main web browser (which typically has auto updates enabled), a built-in ad blocker would be great.

Security aspects aside, this of course also has the big advantage of blocking annoying ads (possibly even ones with sound) on websites that people may want to use for playing music into their discord channel... :)
