Currently, the process of activating and managing SSL certificates at WebHosting is not optimal.
So we need to improve it to avoid support calls.

- Activation of an SSL certificate when creating a multisite.
- generation of an SSL certificate in the same place as for activation
- Clear status buttons.
- review workflow for better certificate management.
