Sort the lists alphabetically

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The plugin/starters/themes lists aren't alphabetized, making them difficult to navigate.

Describe the solution you'd like
Making them alphabetized by default or adding a toggle will make navigating the lists much easier.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A search would probably be ideal, but this seems easier to implement.
