Welcome to the uiblast wiki!

UIBlast is an experimental XML blast result viewer in HTML+Javascript. It also connects to a remote server, if configured, to extract additional features. Example uses SeqCrawler server to get features from hits.

It shows a graph of hits location vs their scores, and a global alignment with local zoom. When user click on a hit, it opens an other window with the detail of the alignment of the optional additional features.

UIPhy shows a phylogenetic tree in HTMLJavascript too.
