Convert the code that PCAF sovereign emissions data notebook runs utilizing the federated OECD, World Bank, UNFCCC, Currency and PRIMAP data sources to python. It should create a derived data set using Data Mesh architecture components. PCAF product will be made available in the Data Exchange.
