axi4lite interface not generated

Hi taichi,

AXI4 Lite interface is not getting generated in the generated verilog code though I have given axi4lite in the config.yaml file (under protocol) .
Since the default is apb, apb interface is getting generated.
Could you please let me know how to get over this issue.

I think your config file or execution command is wrong.
Can you put them?

My config.yaml is as follows:

bus_width: 32
address_width: 16
protocol: axi4lite

command I run is "rggen block_0.rb" ( for testing purpose using only one one register block ). I tried modifying the block_0.rb and it is reflecting my changes in the system verilog files generated. So I think the command is working fine.
Also could you please tell me what all packages or libraries or include files that I have to include in my project file list if I have use the generated block_0.sv file ( which has registers listed with desired interface apb/axi4lite).

You need to tell path to your config file to the execution command like below.

$ rggen -c config.yaml block_0.rb

Thanks for the response. Now I am seeing axi4lite interface .
Missed giving the config file path. Thought the script will take the config.yml in the current path by default.
As I am new to this kind of tool usage, could you please point me the path of the file where I can find the definition of the structs ( apb , axi4lite etc) used in the generated the SV file. This will help me to design the interface of the interacting block in the same wave so that integration will be easy.
