Like the old games like 8 Ball Deluxe, Joker Poker etc... and have a successful virtual build cabinet with 3 large monitors, DOF toys, the works.
Enjoy it immensely but I'm intrigued by the possibility of having the true physics of a real cabinet and ball but computer controlled.
the end goal would be building one cabinet with interchangeable play fields, with computer control of the game.
I think I've seen it for custom games but want to develop this for the older games. Is there a way you can do this by, say, using VP 9 roms and DOF interface?
Even if I can see the code of a custom build and a video of the game it runs, I figure I might be able to reverse engineer for the old games.
Any help / resources / direction would be greatly appreciated
