Jamulus 3.9.0rc1 release candidate

Jamulus 3.9.0rc1 is now available. We've a couple of minor translation fixes to do but, apart from that - this is it.

(Signed binaries for MacOS might not make it for this RC1 - it'll be after Wednesday, anyway.)

I'd like to thank everyone now who has been involved in getting this release together. Those who have provided direct input into the application are listed below -- but without Jamulus users around the world, we'd not be doing this. So thank you all, too. Your help and input has been invaluable in this as in every release. Please keep the ideas and feedback coming.

Two reminders from the beta2:

• For people who have to build from source, please note the dependencies have changed.
• If you install the main .deb on Ubuntu (not the jamulus-headless server version), you'll need universe enabled in your repos prior to installing.
