Choose algorithms library name

I really like the idea of the algorithms library and believe in its future not only for EIC but for other experiments. But the name "algorithms"
as well as repository name is too broad and ambiguous. It will be extremely difficult to get it from google search and in other search contexts.
There is also C++ algorithm, books on "algorithms", etc.

While it is early stage - it is easy to rename. With each next development step it will require more and more work to be done.
