Weekly EPIC and IP6 geometry meetings

Hi team, we should start weekly EPIC and IP6 geometry meetings to coordinate who is doing what. What are overall constraints on availability? ~~Wouter

My schedule restrictions are mostly what's already on the EPIC calendar, plus some project meetings. I think just not double-booking over the EPIC meetings will be sufficient for me.

I'm starting to think this may work best if we just allocate the first 15 to 20 minutes of the dd4hep-based office hours to a quick review of activity. Something like

• Monday: EPIC and IP6
• Friday: other stuff?

(Skipping Wednesday due to alternating timeslot.)

Thoughts?

I was going to propose tacking it either right before or after the office hours on Monday or Wednesday, so this of course also works for me. Let’s start with this and then we can move if/when it becomes needed. Cheers, Sylvester

Yes, that's going to be our first deviation from the schedule already :-D

Do we want to meet on Mondays and Fridays (Friday for those who can make it)? Or just on Mondays?

The idea was to do Mondays for geometry, and then we can do Fridays for other parts of the chain.
