Is there an API exists to fetch all the activity of an user

Is there an API to fetch user's past activity, including comments, PRs, issues, etc.
Also if user is admin then the configuration changes done by him in past etc.

Listing user public events is probably what you want: https://docs.github.com/en/rest/activity/events?apiVersion=2022-11-28#list-public-events-for-a-user

We can fetch user events with username (https://api.github.com/users/USERNAME/events/public):

• https://api.github.com/users/cp-endor/events/public

As you can see it also shows your push events, issues etc..
