I tried you api call after creating the repo and before doing the import but I still get the same error during the import.

To anyone who has this issue: With the following API call you can disable github actions: PUT https://api.github.com/repos/{{OWNER}}/{{project_name}}/actions/permissions
Accept: application/vnd.github+json
Authorization: Bearer {{github_access_token}}
X-GitHub-Api-Version: 2022-11-28
Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded

I have a powershell script that does at regular bases a repository import after creating it.
It ran fine for a long time but if I run it now I get following error:
