Is there a Paid API?

Not sure if this is a thing already, if it is I can't seem to find it.

I utilize (GitHubs) search API pretty heavily, the rate limit is extremely annoying. I seem to hit it every 4-10 requests per 30 second period rather than the 30 per 30 documented. For an API that's used by millions of developers, I think a paid solution with higher limits would make sense.

Some features that would be nice:

• Paginating past 10 pages without having to do weird hacks with queries. It's just extremely annoying. People still get around this by search qualifiers/date ranges as cursors.
• Higher Rate-Limits
• Perhaps better search features such as full-text, fuzzying, regex, etc.

Is this something that's possible?
