List shall be orderable

I as a user should be able to set a specific order to how Lists are displayed. Currently, it's sorted by name, I think. With the use of Emojis as the first letter this is not the best option.

I'd like to have that, too. They can be ordered by name on the "Stars" tab (and properly ignore leading emoji for that), but I'd like to be able to set a sort order for the pop-up menu when I add a repo to a list; it seems to default to "last updated" sort order, when I'd rather have "by name", for example.
