configuring lte usb dongle with windows 11 and at&t sim

im having problems getting the quectel ec25-afx to work with windows 11. the drivers are installed and everything device wise is working but it wont connect . the device uses the AT command interface and qcom_v1.6 software, which is new to me. i think the issue is with the pdp context but i cant find any values to try for the line AT+CGDCONT=[,<PDP_type>[,<
APN>[,<PDP_addr>[,<data_comp>[,<head_comp>]]]]] . whats in there currently is nxtgenphone,ims,sos. im frustrated and i haven't even tried the sms/mms config yet. please help
